lemon bars
ingredients
- cup butter
- cup powered sugar
- teaspoon salt
- cups flour (all-purpose)
- eggs
- cups sugar
- cup lemon juice
- teaspoon zest
instructions
- cream together butter, powdered sugar and salt
- stir in flour
- press mixture into 9x13 inch pan
- bake 325°f for 25 minutes
- combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest
- spread over baked crust
- bake 30 minutes more
- sprinkle with powdered sugar
- cool. enjoy!
