spring roll wrappers
ingredients
- cups flour
- ounces hot water
- teaspoons salt
- vegetable oil
instructions
- heat water and add in salt
- mix flour and water
- add additional flour if it’s too wet
- knead dough 5 minutes
- leave dough to cool 30 minutes
- roll into log and cut into 24 pieces
- roll each piece into 4 inch diameter circle
- take one circle of dough and paint evenly with a thin layer of oil then place another circle of dough on top. repeat.
- when you have 4 circles, re-roll the stack of 4 into a thin 10 inch circle
- cook the thin circle over medium heat in a skillet for 20 seconds on each side
- leave the wrappers to cool, then peel the wrappers apart
