melting potatoes

- potatoes
- tablespoons butter, melted
- tablespoons olive oil
- tablespoons basil, fresh
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon pepper
- cup chicken broth
- cloves garlic, minced
instructions
- cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes and coat potatoes in butter and olive oil, mixed with basil, salt and pepper
- roast 500°f (230°c) for 30 minutes, flipping once
- add broth and garlic to the roasting pan, and roast 15 minutes more
