ingredients
- cup coconut oil
- cup sugar
- teaspoons vanilla
- egg
- cup oats
- cup flour (all-purpose)
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon baking soda
- cup coconut flakes
- cup chocolate chips
- cup nuts
instructions
- mix coconut oil, sugar, vanilla and egg
- add oats, flour, baking soda, salt, coconut flakes, chocolate chips and nuts
- bake 350°f (180°c) for 10-12 minutes
