pretzel rolls
ingredients
- cups flour (all-purpose)
- ounce yeast (active, dry)
- teaspoons salt
- cups warm water (105°f-110°f)
- tablespoons coconut oil
instructions
- mix warm water with yeast, add oil, salt and flour
- knead and let rise 60 minutes
- divide in 12 pieces and form balls
- let rest 20 minutes
- bring 4 1/2 cups of water to a boil; add 3 tablespoons of baking soda
- boil the dough balls 60 seconds, flipping over once
- allow to drip dry on a wire rack
- sprinkle with salt
- bake 425°f (220°c) 15 minutes
